Reviews
"Genuinely my first review ever but the costumer service I got at this ups store was amazing the young man behind the counter, I think his name tag said Jason, greeted me so politely and helped with an issue with my return and a package that was never delivered. Not only did he assist me with that, but made me feel so welcome by asking about my day and really took the time to make me feel appreciated (we even bonded over our pets). I truly hope this review reaches him and the store because that’s the kind of costumer service I want to experience when dealing with stressful returns and packages being lost."
"Jason was very friendly and helpful and Jesus did a great job packing our extra large box. Efficiently run and clean store."
"If you're looking to get something notarized, I sincerely encourage you to go literally anywhere else. We went here a few days ago to get a few documents notarized and Daniel made incredibly passive-aggressive comments not once, but twice to us. I am the first to understand when someone is not having a good day, or that you might be frustrated when someone does not understand something that you perceive to be self-explanatory. I work with kids all day -- I get it! However, my husband's first language is not English and this was our first time getting documents notarized. So, when my husband is asking for clarification / confirmation to ensure that everything is going to be okay regarding these important documents, and an employee says comments like, "This is a notary service. I KNOW you're here to get things signed," and "You know, things would go a lot smoother if you just LISTEN" in a condescending, patronizing tone...it just really doesn't feel good. Also, my husband said that the day before, when he had gone, this employee also almost made the old man in line in front of him cry when he was just trying to send books to his students. So, at the very least, I'll speak on behalf of anyone else who definitely doesn't deserve to be treated this way."
"The reason is because I want to make you recognize the excellent service you have to the community. particularly to me you give me a smile and a greeting, which makes me feel very satisfied."
"The worst. I am told that my packages are not there. I have to return 3 or 4 times because they are very disorganized. Clerks are extremely rude and condescending and act like they don't know anything about these packages. I dread going to this store and I have called ups many times to have my packages re routed."
