The Point Park University Student Health Center is committed to ensuring that students not only get well but also stay well throughout their academic journey. Located conveniently on the 3rd floor of the Student Center, the Health Center offers high-quality, student-centered, and inclusive healthcare services aimed at promoting wellness and supporting academic success. Our mission is to foster a culture of overall wellness that embraces diversity, inclusivity, and lifelong learning. We believe that maintaining a healthy lifestyle is essential for achieving positive academic outcomes and a successful college experience.

The Student Health Center provides accessible healthcare services to all students, with the convenience of same-day appointments often available. Students can easily book their appointments through the Student Health Center Appointments portal.

In collaboration with Allegheny Health Network (AHN), Point Park University extends its medical care services beyond the Health Center. AHN Downtown, situated within walking distance of the campus, offers a range of healthcare services including primary care, physical therapy, lab services, and more. Students can either schedule appointments or avail themselves of walk-in services during Express Care hours. All visits to AHN Downtown are billed through insurance, and AHN is an in-network provider for students under the Student Health Insurance Plan.

Starting Summer 2023 and continuing through the 2023-2024 academic year, Point Park University will no longer mandate the COVID-19 vaccination for students participating in face-to-face classes or campus activities. Any changes to this policy will be communicated promptly to the entire campus community.
