"Doctor was patient and helpful in answering my questions when I brought in my 4 year old."
"This was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor and the first time I have ever gone out of my way to post a negative review on any platform. This doctor lacks every single interpersonal skill, does not listen, talks on top of you, rushes you out the door, gives generalized answers, and quite simply offers unhelpful advice in the most non empathetic way. I went into the office with strong symptoms of a sinus infection and ear infection. He came in and talked so fast that I couldn’t even understand his name or what he was saying. He began to ask me about my symptoms and as I’m answering his question, he asks another while I’m speaking. He would ask me a question and then ask me to open my mouth to take a look at my throat. He would ask me a question and then tell me to take a deep breath so he could examine my heart and lungs. He interrupted me so many times that I had to actually pause and ask him if I could finish answering the first question he had asked me. It was clear he could not multitask and ask questions while also attempting to listen and give care. He generalized all of my symptoms because let me guess, it’s winter time now and it’s cold season and sinus infections are everywhere! He didn’t care to listen when I was explaining my medical history with allergies, asthma, and septum deviation. I paid $70 to feel uncomfortable and have amoxicillin thrown at me. His best advice for me was to buy a humidifer for the winter months. I know that, fortunately, I was not dying from my symptoms, however; I would hate to see how this doctor handles anything on a larger scale. I will never return to this office and it’s amazing to me how doctors like this, with such little compassion and patience, are able practice. Absolutely, do not recommend."
"I had a virtual MedExpress visit with this provider for a sinus infection. He asked me if I had a fever, body aches, or any Covid exposure. When I told him that no, I have been having the same sinusitis symptoms for 2 weeks without worsening or improving, he told me it wasn't appropriate to diagnosis anything through a virtual visit and recommended I see my PCP to rule out Covid. He never asked me what any of my symptoms are. He never asked me if I have a history of sinus infections. He obviously didn't want bothered with actually doing his job and rushed me off the phone with a dismissive, "You could try allergy meds (even though I told him I take those daily), a warm compress, or a saline rinse." without even asking what I've already been doing to treat the problem. So now, after having my time wasted, I still have to pack my kids up and go into MedExpress anyway, when I should be headed to the pharmacy for a much needed antibiotic since a sinus infection truly isn't rocket science when you're interested in doing your job properly."
"Prem is a very kind doctor who cares very much about the well being of his patients. He is thorough and takes his time and doesn't rush through the exam process, even in an environment where things are often very chaotic."
"This doctor removed me from the patient care table to across the room to sit as far from him as possible. Went in for a sinus infection- he didn’t check my ears, throat, feel for lymph nodes. In fact, he didn’t touch me at all. He said I had a cold and sent me out. Followed up with my PCP (which I would have gone to normally, but hours didn’t work for me) and I have a horrible sinus infection and double pink eye. He seems uneducated and afraid of catching germs. I felt unheard and left from his location at med express McKnight road, with no answers. Would not recommend."
