Opens 8AM M-Fr, 7AM is no more on any day. Not sure of the exact details, but I'll work to get this updated in Google-land • FYI#2: Although they open at 8AM, they don't answer phones in the office until 8:30, according to their answering service, confirmed 8:21AM, 3/22/19 [REVIEW]: Overall positive experience each of the three times I've engaged with this practice. I plan to return for an annual check-up this Spring, and have no plans of finding a new PCP. Reception staff is helpful and kind-spirited. If you take the time to let them know you need a couple of their minutes to assist you, and you're prepared to succinctly detail your needs, they will be more than happy to assist. Anecdote: I needed an emergency refill on an Rx after losing a Prescriber. They helped me get what I needed while waiting to see my new Prescriber. Dr. Brown was attentive and a great listener. He provided ample time for me to address my specific questions and concerns, then spent additional time allowing for follow-up questions for clarification to ensure I understood what I was being told."

"Best PCP Group I've ever dealt with personally and professionally. Dr. Brown has always went above and beyond and listens to his patients. When my sister took ill and was in the hospital, we found out she wasn't doing well and wasn't going to make it Dr.Brown gave me his personal cell phone number to keep him posted and updated on her status, this is prior to making him my PCP after that I made the the switch to him my entire Family sees him including my father and my client I care for. His Staff is AWESOME. Carrie Nina and huge Thanks to his Nurse Kate who went above and beyond for my daughter when every other Specialist failed her."

"Good doctors. Efficient check in. But issue since not part of UPMC. They invoiced incorrectly and they never fixed so I had to pay for something. They reported me to collections. Ugh!!"

Now they're telling me he's on vacation. Wow, they used my insurance and got paid, now he feels screw me."
