"I would love to give a zero review, because in my opinion, that is exactly what this nurse practitioner deserves. I only saw her as a last resort, because our family physician was booked for the next two weeks. Ms. Strick was unprofessional and dismissive of my symptoms from the moment I met her. I went in complaining of chest congestion, ear pain, headaches and swollen glands. All of which I have been experiencing for two weeks. She told me that the only way she could determine that I was sick, was due to my elevated resting pulse. (?). She asked me if I was currently on an antibiotic and I instructed her to look in my chart. Shouldn't she have had the sense to read my file BEFORE she entered the exam room? In all, a very unsatisfactory experience. My suggestion, my opinion, never, ever, go to this nurse practitioner. I never will again."
