"My mom had a heart valve replacement surgery last week . She has to have her INR checked daily by a home health care nurse. The nurse called Dr Segal’s office daily for medication orders following bloodwork. They literally NEVER call back. My 77 year old mom, the heart patient had to call and beg the answering service to have Dr Segal call back. Even the health care nurses were completely shocked by the complete disregard and concern. As I type this we are 24 hours past a return call for a medication that needs adjusting nightly. Horrible."
