"Totally destroying the entire length of Baptist Rd. They finally made it to my house. They called a plumber for us the next day and COVERED IT! That's the plus. Did the water lines, too much sediment and we had no flow. I'll be watching to see what they do with the hole in my neighbor's yard. They ripped up my sidewalk out front, removed 3 pads, left 3 pads on the ends and never mentioned it to anyone. PA water already was unhappy with the way they left our curb valve- gravel just falls in and blocks the access. Biggest things are honestly: who is patching the road when filling? Someone with palsy or Parkinsons? Who makes their schedule? Night. Morning, morning, midday, morning. Night."

"I’m impressed! This company was contracted by Mount Lebanon and are doing road work in our neighborhood. They notified us they were going to be working in the neighborhood and gave names and numbers of people to contact with questions. I spoke with Ryan weeks ago to find out when they are coming to our address and he said he would call…AND HE DID! I know it’s a little thing… but today it means a lot. He is working hard all day on site and also able to be pleasant and responsive to the people with questions. This company is lucky to have some like this in their team!"
