"It’s 7pm on a Saturday and they’re closed. Webiste says 9pm. Very aggravated."
"This dollar tree is nearest to my house and my toddler and I shop here at least once per week. Literally, the last 3 or 4 times I've been there, my receipt shows that all items have been rung, but somehow 1 item is always missing from my bag. At first I thought it was just a mistake, but after the 3rd time I'm convinced when someone buys several items the workers keep 1 item for themselves. Its happend with differnt cashiers. I think I'll try a different dollar tree for now on or ring the items myself."
"Several times when I try to go to this dollar tree they are randomly closed when they’re supposed to be open. The last 2 times over the past few weeks they have had a sign on the door saying “sorry we’re closed and trying to open up asap” like why..what does that mean? They’re still in the store working though as the lights are on and the sign says to call when the workers get there to be let in. Are you doing inventory or reorganizing the store or what? At least let your customers know when you’re gonna be open again you’re planning to be closed for weeks at a time without explanation."
