"This location does a very poor job of communicating expectations with people selling product to the store. Multiple visits and I’m give different excuses as to why they cannot buy; for example “your bin of clothing is too large, we don’t take product to purchase after 7pm, your clothing is out dated.” Note: I am brining product that is very gently used and within 6 months of being purchased from Gap, Old Navy, Nordstrom, H&M, etc. I won’t be going back to this location. Total disappointment every time."

"I leave the store pushing the cart that has an 18 gallon tub of clothes, a laundry basket of clothes that I purchased in this store and my purse. An employee approaches me and says, "we are not allowed to have our shopping carts out of the store for liability reasons." I replied, "my car is right there I plan to return the cart." The employee made me take my stuff out of the cart and place my stuff in the parking lot instead of walking with me 20 feet to help me get my stuff in my car. I was appalled. I should have said, merry Christmas! Where is the customer service in this situation. There was none! There was a better and nicer way to have said this. I think you need to brush up on your people skills woman!"

"This review is about selling items to the store and pricing of duplicate items being sold at the store. Star deduction for each. I'm convinced they make up prices as they go and there is no structure based on what's in demand (as they claim). I get they need to make a profit based on items they are buying so they have to "buy low, sell high" but when you hear a sales associate who is looking at your items say to another that they can't find a certain item when researching it on whatever medium they researched it on but yet they still bought the item, it makes you question what they are basing their purchasing on. I also brought in unused, tag still on items and based on the overall offer price for all items they took, the average price received per item just doesn't add up. Bottom line is if you just want to get rid of items and do not care how much money you get for it then this store will do. As for duplicate items on sale in the store, there is inconsistent pricing. While perusing the store (bc it was after 3 pm and I had to wait while they sorted through my items - btw still don't understand the post 3 pm have to wait rationale of it gets busy and is a hazard), I came across duplicate toys but it was all priced differently. Maybe there is a criteria on how they price items but the word of warning is if you see duplicate items to look around for the lowest priced item. The staff wasn't rude as other reviews mentioned. They also were nice in answering questions I had."

"I love to shop at this place! They do have good deals if you dig around. Some of their items are definitely overpriced. But I only gave two stars due to the inconvenience they are causing to their customers that THEY RELY ON FOR MERCHANDISE. I’ve been trying to sell them nice clothing and baby gear for two weeks and can’t because they have a horrible appointment making process! It’s online and it opens at a certain time and if you don’t get in there at the specific time, forget it you don’t get an appointment, thus you cannot even try to sell them your items that are taking up the trunk of my vehicle. Ugh. I’m about to give up and sell them on a different platform. Who ever is in charge, make this more user friendly or I promise you will lose more customers!"

"Tried to get a job here to make a quick buck and was told that they were going to call me the next day to tell me if I got the job or not. I didn't hear from them until a few hours before they closed when I HAD to call them. The manager was quite condescending and says "Yeah, we decided to go for someone else." I was thinking, it's okay, it's just another job but the way she talked to me made me think she was thinking about something else"
