We got help picking out our drawer.When it was delivered there was something wrong with the top drawer.Well it was around the holidays so we waited to get someone to fix it.It has insurance and a warranty. They said we had to pay $30 and have some to come out again.What is the sense about having insurance when it doesn't pay for anything. I will be paying off my card and cutting it up"

"First time at Bob's. Sales staff is amazing! No pressure, gave us space to browse and check out the displayed items (this alone is 5 stars in my book). Prices are very reasonable compared to other furniture stores in the area. I was only looking for a mattress and frame. I ended up buying an entire bedroom a AND dining room set and it was all cheaper than what a competitor wanted for just a mattress with an adjustable frame. I will most likely make all future furniture purchases from Bob's. My salesmans name was Rich. Fantastic experience!!!"

"The salesman that my husband and I encountered at this location was very nice and helpful. But we were very surprised to see there wasn't much to see or choose from. The commercials are always showing they have a wide variety of products but there was nothing! And the products that was there were cheap looking and they all looked "the same" liked it was all designed by the same person. We didn't like it at all the only reason I gave it 2 stars is because of the nice salesman... Bob's discount, I read your response. You didn't leave a number or email for me to reach out to you.
