"We went there for a graduation. It was a nice building easy access to the front entry once you park miles away. Great lighting and also wheel chair accessible. Family environment. Whether you are there for a game or a function it is a nice place to be."
"The only good thing about this place was the person I saw in concert. There is no parking for this venue. You have to park many streets down, pay out the wazoo, and then hike half a mile up a straight incline to get to the events center. The staff were not friendly or accommodating at all. Restrooms are a nightmare. The one when you walk in only has 2 stalls so you will be waiting awhile. Once you enter and find your seat you have to blindly stumble your way up dark bleacher steps to use the restroom again or grab refreshments. My friend almost fell and broke her neck because the steps are not lit. I don't think I will ever return to the events center, if I do the person would have to be worth the headache. Also, NEVER park in the pitt parking garage."
"Had a really great experience here (ONCE ACTUALLY INSIDE THE VENUE). Concert was amazing, sound was fantastic. Concessions were fairly quick and reasonably priced. Staff was very helpful. Would love to see another show here. The hill you have to climb to get here... Brutal. But worth it."
"Limitedly accessible - no parking whatsoever. A strict bag policy that leaves people that didn't happen to know ahead of time ZERO options other than to walk a mile back to your car. Once inside it is very nice, very helpful staff, delicious food and great options. Fair seats (typical for a sporting venue) and ample bathroom accommodations."
"What a great venue. Very clean and well-maintained. Came here to watch the Metal Tour Of The Year and was absolutely thrilled. Great experience getting into the venue, great crowd and atmosphere, and the sound was impeccable."
