"Book with confidence! Never a bad seat. It’s theater in the “half” round. Seats are comfy, too. Most performances and events are exceptional. A recent event I attended had a presentation followed by a dance party. Perfect setting for both. Also it’s located in the heart of the downtown cultural district near oarkung and restaurants in case you plan a full evening. Cheers!"
"Had a delightful time watching the final performance of "Agatha Christie's Murder on the Orient Express." Acting was phenomenal, costumes lovely, sets were gorgeous and sound/music beautifully done as well. Bravi, tutti!!"
"I love the atmosphere here, it's the coziest place in Pittsburgh to see a play. the scenery is always amazing and the shows are absolutely first-rate. I've been buying tickets since about 2010 and I've never regretted a purchase yet!"
"I hadn't been to the Pittsburgh Public Theater since I returned to the city and the O'Reilly Theater is really beautiful. I hope to see more productions there, since the space is gorgeous. I haven't seen a show done by Pittsburgh Public Theater since they moved, but I'm sure they still do a really good job with all their productions. I look forward to enjoying more shows and venue in the future. Just a little over a month later, I saw my first Pittsburgh Public play in decades. The show was very good. The cast was great and I look forward to seeing more productions in the future."
"Loved it! Much smaller and more personal, actors are right up in your face. No real need to be amplified, sounds carry very well. Multiple restrooms and refreshment areas, plenty of floor space. Could use a larger waiting area before the play."
