"My wife was a patient there for physical rehab after an extended hospital stay. The rehab was minimal at best and would have been better with an in home pt visits. Using a call bell was basically useless as sometimes over an hour went by before any response.. The bathroom had no trash containers so used Depends would be put into room bin and would often go unemptied for two to three days. Patients had to wash and dry themselves with paper towels standing at a sink. On one particular morning I arrived to find my wife who is on oxygen sitting in a wheelchair by the nurses station without the O2 where she had been for over two hours. No one could give me an explanation as to why she was put there. The only positive I can say is the kindness shown by several of the aids. Beyond that I would say avoid this place like the plague. If you value your family members find a better option"
"Love working here! Amazing atmosphere, boss and coworkers! We have a great team who genuinely care about all of our patients."
"This place lacks any signs of professionalism. For starters I did not sign or receive my intake paperwork until the same time I was being discharged. I was told I couldn't discharge until the following day because home health had to be set up within a 24 hour period. It was 5 days before I heard from a home health nurse and not till the 7th day that I finally had an appointment and that was only due to my podiatrist making that call. And to top it all an administrator asked a relative of mine who is NOT listed as any type of contact for their phone number and address and proceeded to call them and discuss my appointment situation nit just once but twice before I addressed them about why they had not called me on my phone number.. I believe I will be filing formal complaints as well. Seriously unhappy Eric van maldeghem"
