They went above and beyond to offer advice, discuss learnings from prior experiences, explain what they've seen in the Pittsburgh area. Using a detection tool they really carefully assessed the paint situation in the whole house even though we choose to have the basic level exam done. They did extra inspections and took extra samples...it was so kind and helpful. They are very professional, ask good investigative questions and sent our lab report in a timely manner. Daniel was very helpful and informative throughout the whole process, he was available and got the job done the same week that I first contacted him, and gave me a very reasonable price. He also noticed some small damage to the new tank that was being put in, promptly brought it to my attention, and replaced the whole unit with a new one at no extra cost. Just because something is branded as "Affordable" doesn't mean it will be poor quality. Definitely will use them again and definitely recommend them to others!"
