"Excellent children’s area (it’s a whole floor) and programming! My husband, parents, and daughter all went to the family story time this morning and were so impressed! While I was there I picked up books I had come in from other libraries and checked out myself with the app. Always an awesome experience. We love our neighborhood library!"
"Really fun place to take the kiddos to hang out. Books, arts and crafts, a play area. Lots of neat things."
"Cool little library. I loved how the children’s section took over the whole first floor. The kids can roam and search for books and not get lost. Cool toys in the kids section. Only downside is parking. Street parking only and you have to pay :("
"Cute, local branch of the library system. Staff is super nice. Pretty big book selection. Usually quiet. Computers and printers are available as well, for school/work/other needs. Very nice set up for the children available here."
"Wonderful Library very awesome and caring staff. I took my granddaughters to get their first library cards at the Carnegie Library Brookline location and to enroll them in the Summer Reading Program. The Librarian at the Customer Service desk was very kind, informative patient and helpful with my granddaughters to help them fill out the forms for their cards and they were able to pick the card designs that they liked. The librarian in the Children's section was also very helpful in helping us all pick books that was age appropriate for the children and knowledgeable about the book requirements for the Summer reading program. Overall very wonderful experience at the library. Will definitely be going back."
