424 Play Factory

"Went for the first time on Sunday. The place was empty for 10 minutes then a huge crowd of parents & kids entered for a birthday party. The place is extremely small for all of these kids. We were annoyed they allow parties to happen and let the public to come in being it's so small. We checked social media and nothing said there was a birthday party. The whole place was overrun by this party & parents. The 3 young girls working barely acknowledged us and they looked so miserable or they didn't want to be there. Another customer there actually told us there was another room to go to for toddlers or we would not have known. The bigger issue was that this place is so dirty and dingy feeling. You have to take your shoes off to put in cubbies (not an issue), but there was snow outside and the entire mat and floor was wet. The floor around the mat was also wet so it was impossible for our socks to not get wet. All of the floors are just gross. Our kids socks were black when we left and ours were visibly dirty for wearing black socks. There is terf or terf like flooring in the toddler play room and looks dirty. I don't even know how you clean it."

"First time visitors with my son and nieces and nephew. Very fun and safe setup for kids. 3 bouncy castles, a room full of fun toys, locked area so kids can move back and forth without much parental involvement. Area was clean and well taken care of. Food and drink available at reasonable prices as well. Definitely recommend for a fun activity for 60-90 minutes. I can definitely see this place getting busy so book ahead!"

"We had our son’s 3rd birthday party here. Booking the party was incredibly easy. We stopped by the facility to play and do a quick tour before booking and the team was incredibly accommodating - sharing all of the details about parties and the facility. We were really impressed by their passion for the play factory and the vision for the continued future. The day of the party we had some decorations but they were really just accents to the beautiful job the team had done to decorate the party room. They had helpful items on hand to help us hang some things and blow up balloons. Jessica, the manager also happens to be a wonderful baker and created our son a beautiful last minute cake after I found a cake topper that needed a cake (not a cupcake). I would highly recommend this play factory for a day of play and definitely a birthday party."

"First time coming to this place and my daughter absolutely loved it! She loves bouncy houses and the little mechanic rides so this place was perfect! The staff were absolutely wonderful and polite as well! Will be bringing my daughter back!"

"Been here twice - once for another child's birthday party and once for my daughter's birthday. The layout is really nice with the whole place being an open design with different areas of interest. When scheduling and having my daughter's birthday, they went above and beyond to coordinate the theme and decorations themselves. All we had to do was show up! I highly recommend, and they are super nice and accommodating."
