"I have dealt with Listen Hear for years. They have installed several systems in our home, and any issues whatsoever, which have been minimal have been dealt with immediately. They come the same day to trouble shoot, and if it is not major, they will not even accept money for services - you almost have to force them to take the compensation. Recently a small TV in our kitchen went bad, and I just went to Best Buy to replace it - a Fire TV for $99. I thought I could hook it up myself. Needless to say, the old system we have did not work with this - only wifi, which I could connect to myself, but we could not get our cable TV channels. I called Mike Klein, and he came over twice to get it fully operational. I would highly recommend them, not only for the knowledge, but more importantly, for their prompt, courteous and excellent service. You cannot go wrong dealing with them, as I have for many many years - like 15 plus."

"We upgraded our TV and then got rid of all the old stereo equipment. Engaged with Listen Hear to install SONOS sound throughout the house and around the pool. Mike was great to work with. Very skilled and patient with our questions. Designed exactly what we wanted. And the install guys were efficient, clean, and respectful. "Visited the Shadyside location to pick up some wiring for a modest 5.1.2 setup I recently purchased in order to ditch an old sound bar and integrate some already-owned speakers into a 7.1.2 system with a Yamaha receiver. I called ahead of my visit and spoke with Gloria, who answered my questions satisfactorily and prompted my visit. I dealt with Joe, who was very patient and knowledgeable, and provided me with everything I needed--ample speaker wire, an rca splitter, several banana plugs...along with a brief tutorial and some weigh-in on my questions. I am quite pleased with my new setup, and very appreciative of the service I received! I am used to home system retailers having little patience with customers not flashing hundreds (or thousands!) of dollars when discussing their needs, and can confidently say that the experience I had here put many other locations to shame--especially in light of the modest purchase I made. If I decide to REALLY go all out with a home theater setup in the future, I will certainly put this company on my short list!"
