"I made an appointment at 4:00, drove there for them to tell me i had 1.5 hour wait for a 15 minute oil change because someone was getting tires on in front of me. i understand i’m not the only customer but my 15 minute oil change could’ve went first so i didn’t need to drop my car off for a 15 minute oil change especially when i made a drop off appointment. i will never go to a pep boys again because i drove 2 miles down the road and got an oil change within 10 minutes WITH NO APPOINTMENT!"
