"Jake was a shining star. We scheduled a funny awkward photo shoot and he NAILED it. I got 2 groupons for Christmas cards- one for me and a friend and one for me and my partner. I scheduled one at a different JCpennys and they didn’t quite get the vibe- they kept trying to do a cutesy funny shoot and seemed a little awkward anytime we wanted to do something strange. Jake on the other hand matched our vibe perfectly and was coming up with really good poses, bringing in props, and laughing along with us. Really happy with our experience with him. Hope he’s there next year so I can bring my friend!"

"Let me just say...wow... the photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus are perfection. Virginia was one of the best photographers I have ever interacted with. Her patience with children and attention to detail (moving hair out of the face, straightening ties, repositioning the kids) was superb. The staff at the photo center was kind, patient and helpful without ever making you feel rushed or an inconvenience. Santa and Mrs Claus were adorable and so interactive with the children. Other places, Santa hid in the back until it was his time to come out...not this Santa. I will certainly be coming back to this location and referring many here. The photos with the mall Santa's just don't cut it anymore, they turn out blurry and the photographers rush you though. Way to go JC Penney.. knocked it out of the park"

"Amazing experience for the price!! Seems like they are the last studio photographers left in the area. I wish the sessions could be longer but they did an incredible job with the time we had and I am thrilled with my kids photos. With such affordable prices I decided to become a member and will be back for photos every 6 months."

"Appointment was at 1 and overlapped with someone else's who was still choosing her photos. Me and my infant daughter got our pictures taken, and immediately my appointment overlapped with a 1:45 appointment. Between the time that I started to choose my photos and left, ANOTHER appointment showed up. I felt very rushed due to the scheduling of appointments, and ended up choosing a very expensive photo package, the digital only, so that I could get out of there and worry about it at home where I could take my time. Jazmin was our photographer. None of this was her fault. Because of scheduling, she was extremely busy. She was pleasant and kept her cool the entire time. She did a great job taking photos of my daughter. She suggested lots of different poses and helped direct me in positioning my daughter, since she couldn't herself due to no contact because of covid. Some of my photos were cropped badly or crooked. Again, I don't blame the photographer for this. She was extremely busy and did her best. I know photographing babies is tricky. For the money I spent, I'm disappointed, because I wanted to be able to come back here for family photos frequently. But due to the rushing, overlapping, and price, I don't think I will. There should be at least 2 employees at all times.. one to help on the computers and with transactions and one to take photographs. However, like I said before.. Jazmin did an amazing job, for how much was going on and the little time she had with the 4 total appointments that I saw her have in the short time I was there!"
