"Had a 3pm appt, showed up at 235 early and prompt. After waiting an hour and a half, I asked how much longer the wait was and was told at least another hour. Why not tell me you're running over two hours behind instead of making me sit uncomfortably for well over an hour. Anyway, cancelled appointment and won't be going back. If you can't respect my time, I wont give you my business."
