"Young man who delivered the new unit was friendly and had great knowledge of the equipment he delivered. He went over all the features of the O2 machine to make sure I understood how to operate it. Very nice and polite. I would recommend the company to anyone. 5 Stars!"

"I am in desperate need of a hospital bed for an ill family member. We had an appointment in the doctors office 8/2/20 and I was told the order was received at Medcare 8/5/20 for the bed. I have called both the doctors office and the medical supplier at least 6x each. Still no bed and medcare tells me today they need a new prescription for the bed from the doctor as the one they started with has expired. What are these poor patients to do I am beyond furious and I WILL NEVER get as much as a bandaid from Medcare. The patient is not important just insurance reimbursement !"

"DECEPTIVE PRACTICES!! They helped themselves to my checking account without my consent. I paid (in full according to them) for a Nebulizer one month. They went back into my account the next month for more money, without knowledge or consent! A 1 time transaction DOES NOT entitle you to you to put your grubby paws into my checking account again! Tried informing me that by "accepting the equipment" entitled them to help themselves. No! That is THEFT and FRAUD!!"

"I am with the other reviewers. They have the worst customer service. I had to talk to a supervisor. She said she would help me out with my CPAP supplies and SHE never called me back, and I called over and over! No resolution. I am looking for a new supplier now."
