"I have traveled back and forth from PA and needed my meds refilled at this pharmacy or needed a transfer from here a few times now. This pharmacy is always super fast about getting the permissions swapped back and forth, and very professional."
"Exceptional regard for the customer and willingness to assist. The pharmacists and staff are so hardworking but never seize to take the time to care and build a personable rapport* such an Amazing Team! 10 star rating ⭐️"
"horrible experience 24/7 with this location. my first negative experience was back in september. they claimed my insurance would not cover my medications (even though it was authorized in advance through my psychiatrist office), so i went without them for about a week. i couldn’t afford the $400 they wanted for a mistake on their end. when i finally got through to my psychiatrist, everything on their end was great. my insurance was covering the cost, whoever helped me at that time did not run it through the proper insurance (which i let her know which one to run, the other was no longer active). i was told yesterday in order to receive my meds for the discounted price i would need to verify my primary insurance (so i did and everything was fine). i called to double check with the pharmacy so i didn’t have any surprise issues once i was there. i was told today my medication was out of stock and they were experiencing vendor issues. my boyfriend went to pick up my other medications, to find out from the pharmacist that the medication is actually in stock and they’ll have it ready in 15 minutes… the medication they seem to have an issue with is vyvanse, an adhd medication. it is dangerous to withdrawal from suddenly, and i have experienced adverse reactions to the withdrawals. i understand that mistakes happen, but when it comes to people’s health, there needs to be more accountability and responsibility. i am switching pharmacies because i cannot stand how unprofessional and unreliable everything is. it’s a danger to one’s health to mess with medications and lie about stock and availability."
"Called in a refill. When I don't get a notification, I call and a young lady tells me it will be refilled on the 20th. Arrive on the 20th to pick up SEIZURE medication and the woman in the front can't find it, AGAIN. Goes to the younger, male pharmacist who then tells me that the prescription expired on the 19th so he couldn't fill it!?!! The pharmacist was not professional and acted cocky. I called the Dr. and she kindly called the prescription into Walgreens. Not worth the headache!"
"Holy cow. You would think we have learned our lesson by now with this pharmacy. It is always at least an hour to fill a prescription. Normally not an issue since we do shopping as we wait. Today my daughter had a prescription faxed up by her doctors office. My wife got there and told the pharmacy she was in store waiting (since that is what they told us to do last time we waited an hour after our doctor faxed up a prescription.) She went to the pharmacy after she was done shopping and they informed her they don't even have the medicine there that my daughter needs. A simple page or call would have been nice. I understand they are busier than most places but they need to set expectations and work a little harder communicating possible issues, you know, like not even having the medicine needed. Gave two stars because most of the times we do end up getting our prescriptions filled eventually."
