"WARNING⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Don't order anything from this low rate low class company I can't get a piece of paper with instructions that was missing from the box!!! I paid over $800.00 for my desk/hutch and can't get a simple piece of paper!! Never again... HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THE INSTRUCTIONS (that were missing from the box) TO PUT TOGETHER THE HUTCH THAT GOES ON TOP OF MY DESK FOR 3 MONTHS YES 3 MONTHS!!! I HAVE EMAILED and CALLED with no response! What is up with this low rate company I am just trying to get instructions I'm not asking for a piece of furniture just instructions!!! This is absolutely crazy!"

"DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM BUSH FURNITURE. I ordered a desk through Wayfair and Bush was the supplier. They sent me not one, not two, BUT 3 incorrect desks. The two are getting picked up today so I figured the third could just be picked up at the same time. I called them so they could make a label for UPS to pick up the third one and they kept telling me to go to Wayfair. Even though it says right on the box to call them first if there are any issues. When I asked for a manager they put me on hold and then the same woman picked up and just gave me the Wayfair number. I now have 3, 100 lb boxes taking up space in my small home. They were no help and obviously have something wrong with their inventory system to have sent me 3 of the wrong product when it clearly showed the correct desk on the order and not to mention, Wayfair sent them multiple notices letting them know they sent the wrong desk."

"Needed a couple parts that I messed up for secretary desk we purchased. Called customer service and spoke with someone who was friendly and helpful. Needless to say they shipped parts 2 day shipping. Very satisfied and would do business with again. Thx Bush Industries."

"We had purchased a Bush desk 10 years ago and have had no problems with it. Recently we lost the keys to lock it and called customer service. Within a week we were sent a new locking device at no charge. We appreciate the service."

"i purchased a beautiful desk. I am highly disappointed in the customer service. The desk came missing a piece. i have call and been assured the part "will be there by the end of the day" for and entire week. Sadly I have not received anything after 7 days. My office is 30 miles from the manufacturer. I offered to go to the facility to pick up the piece and that is not allow. Sadly now I sit unable to work efficiently with a half assembled desk. I would scrap the whole thing and send it back if i hadn't had my old desk removed"
