Reviews
"Raj was extremely impolite, unprofessional and unpleasant. I do not recommend him at all."
"He does great with meds for my moms bipolar.."
"I was confused after seeing these negative reviews of Dr. Narayan. I've been to many psychiatrists and he has been my favorite. Open-minded and willing to talk through what I'm going through. Willing to change things up if he thinks it will help but making sure I was ok with it. Finding a psychiatrist that is fit for you will always be a journey for us all. If you're willing to be completely open to him and willing to try different approaches he's great!"
"When Dana Smith left Intercare (reason unknown) in March 2019, I was assigned to Narayan. I had been with Dana for probably 7 years or more. Narayan seemed unaware that this might be a big shift for me. A very condescending manner, trying for intimidation. How can such an un-empathetic person end up in psychiatry? I have left Intercare, after ten years. Narayan is to be avoided."
"Beware of Dr. Narayan. Under no circumstances agree to see this doctor for your mental health. I went to Intercare years ago and worked with Dana Smith who I cannot praise enough. When she was on maternity leave; they sent me to Dr. Narayan and after one 20 minute visit he changed all of my medication. Dana Smith fixed what he did at our next appointment. I moved out of town and came back to the practice after about six years. My therapist told me she thought Dr. Narayan may be better for me than Dana Smith. I did not realize it was the same doctor who had switched my medications all of those years ago until seeing him at the first appointment. I was skeptical about seeing him because I thought him changing my medication with such limited knowlege was reckless behavior. I decided to listen to my therapist and gave him a chance. For approximately a year I tried. He is cocky, arrogant with zero empathy. I went to him with a true problem and he not only failed me as a doctor, but as a fellow human being. Again, he changed my meds without notice and ignored a very real problem I asked him to help me with. I am honestly surprised his actions have not resulted in harm to his patients and/or lawsuits. Beware. For your saftey and well being go to ANY OTHER doctor."
