"Wow idk where to start? I waited 20+ mins waiting for the under set added unit secretary to process info for another. Then they get to me and after having issues for another 20 mins finally get me checked in. Only to be told 15 mins later my appointment is cancelled and needs to be rescheduled. Delay of care!!!!"

"I went in with a few symptoms. Didn’t get to go thru them before the dr was rushing me out. It could be this particular dr. I had her last time and had an unpleasant experience as well. I left upset and had to call and leave a message to talk to a nurse to finish discussing my symptoms. I’ll be going to UPMC"

"Worst practice I have ever been too. My grandmother moved closer to me and we chose here due to it being so close. Big mistake. First doctor told me to put her in a home because it’s to much work, what I didn’t understand is they meant to much work for them. Takes them a week or two to refill prescriptions doctors visits in office are horrific. Grandma gets motion sick and they insist on bringing her in just to charge the office visit. They then just put her on home care which I prefer over them"
