"I purchased a Groupon for a massage at Kukurin Chiropractic. My massage was supposed to be at 9:30am. I got to the office at 9:10 and there was nobody in sight. At about 9:15 Dr. Kukurin came out from the back and said that the massage therapist wasn’t there yet, but she should be there soon. I told him that my appointment wasn’t until 9:30, so I was fine with waiting. At 9:40 he came back out and said that he still hadn’t heard from the massage therapist and didn’t have her number. He said he was going to call the scheduler to find out what was going on. A few minutes later he came out and said that the scheduler should be there in about 10 minutes. At 9:50, the scheduler got to the office. When she walked in she told me she still hadn’t heard from the massage therapist, but she was sick. I was very upset and explained that I understand being sick, but not calling me to cancel is unacceptable. She was very short with me and did not seem interested in helping. I asked about a refund and was told I would have to contact Groupon. I’m extremely dissatisfied with my experience and will never come back."

"I grabbed a Groupon for a massage at Kukurin Chiropractic and was pleasantly surprised. Check-in was quick, and they let me skip filling out the lengthy form. The massage room was downstairs, a bit unexpected, but it turned out to be a cozy and clean space, despite the music CD skipping. The masseuse, an experienced woman, gave a fantastic massage and had a quirky habit of making noises whenever she found a knot, signaling she was on it. She was friendly and complimented my skin, adding a nice touch to her professional service. The place was quiet, parking's paid by meter, but overall, it was worth it for the price. Definitely going back for another affordable massage."

"VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!! I had an appointment scheduled for 4:45 and waiting for 50mins no one came out to check. I had to bang on the door a few times. Another patient was on there way out and told Linda that I was waiting. She NEVER adknownledge me sitting there. I Yelled excuse me so then she finally comes to the door and say oh I'm have reschedule you for next week. I came back for my appointment today and again NO ONE came out!!!!! I left a message and an hour later Dr.Kukurin called me back very irate With me and hung up on me."

"You get what you pay for. The masseuse is very nice and it was very cheap (Groupon). However, if I am completely honest, I would not go again even for that price. I gave them an extra star because they were nice and it was very cheap. Nevertheless, this is a 3 star facility, and it was a 3 star massage. They charge less than the places I go to, but I'd rather pay more for a good massage. However, there are better massages that aren't that expensive. Also, the people here are not too professional. The chiropractor was calling the masseuse an idiot two or three times. There was a bit more that happened over how you joke with clients in a professional way and certain things you don't say. The environment is just very relaxed in that manner. I was a little late but they were very nice about it though"
