"I was a tenant there in 2010. They promised to paint the walls, never did. AC was incapable of cooling the space because it was undersized. Ceiling leaked the entire time I lived there. Then they tried withholding my deposit. Worst experience with a landlord in my life."
"Seriously recommend renting with any other management company in Pittsburgh if you can. We have had mutiple extreme issues with RE360 over the past year and a half. From breaking a lease we had 2 DAYS BEFORE WE MOVED IN because of rodent issues, to not having a working fridge for 3+ weeks, we have dealt with so much unprofessionalism from their management. But the most recent issue is that we have needed significant roof repairs SINCE MAY and because of that are dealing with 3 windows actively leaking dirty water onto our counters and floors and damaging electronics and possessions every single time it rains. The ceiling is so bloated, warped, and there is plaster cracking and debris scattering everywhere. Maintenance comes to try and mediate the problem, and then the leaks continue within 2-3 days. Management keeps delaying us and saying they are "researching for bids" from roofers and contractors but continually ignore our emails asking for updates. Will probably have to get code involved again for them to move on the issue and actually respond to an email. It's unfortunate that they own so many properties in Pittsburgh but please avoid them at all costs if you can."
"I’ve owned a business and rented for 6 years with re 360. They have been nothing but great to me. My A/c just went out and within in a week they were able to put a brand new one in for me! Again I have nothing but great things to say about them. Joe my a 1 since day 1 has been an absolute joy to work with. He’s has also helped me when I needed anything. Business or renting i highly recommend! Whatcha waiting for y’all."
"Do not be fooled by the positive reviews for this company. Here are a few things you can expect when renting from re360: - Extreme difficulty with communication. They will not respond to texts, calls, or emails unless there’s something they need from you. This was particularly frustrating at move in and move out when we had a lot of questions we could not get answered. - Very slow response times with maintenance requests. If the request isn’t finished in the first trip, don’t expect them to ever remember to come back. - Pet deposit is a full month’s rent, plus monthly pet rent, in addition to the full month’s rent security deposit you already paid. Don’t expect them to keep track of any paperwork on your pet either. - They will begin asking you if you want to resign your lease when you are about halfway through the lease. If you say no or that you’re not sure, they will put your place on the market immediately and begin showing the unit. There will be constant showings of your unit for months on end. During this time, re360 will continue to call and text you, asking if you want to change your mind and resign the lease. - They will add a water bill amount to your account each month. You have no control over the water bill. You did not get to see the bill. If you ask to see the bill, they will require you to come in person to their office to view it. You will have to do this every single month if you want to know why you’re paying what you’re paying. - The last month of your lease, you will be required to pay a full month, but also required to leave by noon on the 28th. If you do not leave by noon on the 28th, they will charge you $200/hour until you leave, even though you have ALREADY PAID for the entire month. - When you move out, they will take as much of your deposit as they possibly can. We deep cleaned our home before leaving and were charged $500+ for cleaning as well as several other charges totaling almost $1,000. I have always left units spotless upon move out and always received a full deposit back in every other place I’ve lived before."
"Brendan was a great agent who helped me navigate and find the perfect home for me. I have lived in Pittsburgh for over 6 years now and this was a very seamless and simple process. Not only the simplicity, but, Brendan actually cared about trying to find what was the best fit for me and my needs."
