"Beautiful view overlooking market square and PPG castle, spacious room, nice kitchen, comfortable bed. Parking garage was convenient, if a bit tight (both the spots and the ramps), and the front desk was great about taking care of the validation as-needed (still paid, but in-and-out access was great). Shame we were there such a cold weekend, but it was a great spot to hunker down in."
"Unpleasant Stay - Dirty, No Privacy, and Invasive Drones My recent stay at Etage Executive Living left me thoroughly disappointed, and I feel compelled to share my negative experience with future guests. The issues I encountered during my stay were so numerous and significant that I cannot in good conscience give this establishment more than one star. First and foremost, cleanliness was sorely lacking. The room I was assigned was not properly cleaned, with visible stains and remnants of food left behind from a previous occupant. The overall hygiene standard was far below what one would expect from an executive living facility. To make matters worse, the lack of privacy in my room was a serious concern. There were no curtains on the windows, leaving me exposed to the outside world. This lack of basic privacy was not only inconvenient but also quite uncomfortable. As if that wasn't enough, my privacy was further violated by an invasive drone with a camera hovering outside my windows. I was shocked and appalled to discover that someone was flying a drone, essentially spying on the guests. This blatant invasion of privacy is not only unacceptable but also raises serious security and ethical concerns. Considering these multiple issues, I strongly advise potential guests to think twice before choosing Etage Executive Living. The combination of uncleanliness, lack of privacy, and the invasive drone incident made my stay a regrettable experience, and I cannot recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking a comfortable and secure environment."
"Amazing staff, the room I stayed in had a great view of the city, and the room is a modern luxury 1 bedroom apartment. Washer and dryer inside the room is a great touch! Full kitchen as well. Definitely recommend this place. Walking distance to the point, and many cafes and restaurants."
"Etage executive living is essentially a furnished apartment building where you can rent out the apartments like a hotel. There's a front desk and everything mostly operates like a hotel. I debated about whether to give this hotel 3 or 4 stars. On the one had, it is very convenient and the apartment we stayed in was nice -- it was decorated in a way that was (I imagine) supposed to seem upscale and modern, although everything was a bit cheap and worn down. To truly be upscale everything would need to be updated. It seemed kind of dingy. While a big plus of the apartments is their view, the windows were all incredibly dirty, detracting quite a lot from this. The parking garage is ancient and very cramped -- we eventually found a parking spot that was no problem pulling our minivan into, but had to pass up multiple spots along the way that I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have felt comfortable trying to shimmy into even with a smaller car. The garage shares an elevator with the apartment building, which is convenient, although random people also park there (there's a key card access to get to the floors with rooms). Overall, a nice enough stay, with the main plus being the size of the apartments compared to the size of a hotel room."
"We were quite excited for our stay at Executive Living. However, saying we were disappointed is an understatement. Check in went smoothly and the staff member was amazing. Our room had dirty walls, missing dry wall from a hanging picture and very uncomfortable living room furniture. Upon our first night when I went to shower there was hair in the shower along with a bunch of black sticky spots. It was very gross. Our second day we went to the lobby to pay for parking. Since it was on our room I was told each time we wanted to leave I would have to come down and have my parking ticket validated to leave. This was going to be a real pain with coming and going. That evening when reaching our floor it smelled terribly of marijuana. When we entered our room it did as well. Third morning went to the lobby to validate parking ticket. While in line the man sweeping the floors stops and says “You’re in my way” instead of simply saying “Excuse me”. When I hand my ticket to the employee she tells me I don’t have to do that. Just beep the horn or push the help button at the gate. Third night there was an extremely loud group of people. We couldn’t even sit in our room. Also when you look there is a gap between rooms at the window. Check out was not great either as we never received our 3 night discount and the guy working was not helpful AT ALL. He was rude and gave me a number to call. He had to desire to help. While the views are beautiful and there is one staff member who was amazing I would not be recommending to anyone or returning."
