"Former tenant here. If you want the city sights and sounds, with a perfect location then this is the spot. The apartments once were a popular historic hotel back in the day. The nostalgia of it's history remains in the building. Jazz playing, cars driving, sounds of rain and the smell of delicious food from the restaurants feels like something out of a movie. It is an older building, however the feeling and vibe that it gives will not be found elsewhere in downtown Pittsburgh. You are located near three to four theaters within a block or two. A hop, skip or jump from the Ft. Duquesne bridge and PNC park. And also a few minutes walk from market square. Which is where all of the major city events usually take place. Tip: It is an historic building, do get renters insurance to be safe."

"I've been a resident for almost 10 years and the location is somewhat disturbing because of the outside noise but no complaints with the building. I have a nice spacious apartment for a single person as I. The new Management has made quite a change within the interior. My friend is on the waiting list. I feel safe with 24 hour Security."

"Hello fellow viewers! I would like to express my satisfaction in my recent move to the Roosevelt building! I work within the city as well as my fiancé, who is an adjunct instructor at Point Park University! We had been apartment searching for quite some time and recently found a couple of apartments that interested us, one of them being the Roosevelt building! Out of the three (3) different apartment buildings we toured, we took a liking to Roosevelt because of its calm and welcoming environment. We met the leasing agent, who was extremely professional, friendly, and answered all of our questions at the time of our tour! The views are great, the rooms are cozy, and the maintenance is always readily available if ever something needs repaired. I would recommend the Roosevelt building to anyone who is a teacher, health care worker, or works in the downtown area. It is an extremely convenient location to all attractions, hospitals and universities, so that was a plus for us. If anyone is interested in a newly renovated, one bedroom apartment, then come check it out!
