"Absolutely a nightmarish experience. I don’t understand the positive reviews at all. While I will address the negligence and lack of professionalism through proper channels, I feel it’s in the public interest to share my concerns here for others to see. Be careful—they are not on the customer’s side - after their commission, they showed total disregard for customer interests. I had to rely on out-of-state and in-state personal real estate agent contacts to handle the post-inspection report and still on my attorney to produce my own records. Every step required prompting, resulting in a meager, unpleasant, and miserable experience. Of course, it is the customer's fault. Escalating the matter within their branch was futile. From a poor experience with Elisabeth Kofmehl to an even worse one with her "superior", Krista Tivo, Colwell Banker demonstrated consistent incompetence. We continue to deal with post-transaction issues due to their negligence, disregard for standard processes, and lack of courteous advice. For example, they suggested we close before receiving our formal corrective paperwork, among a long list of other complications and fasle claims. My advice: be careful with this branch. It seems to be a problem from the bottom up."

They too ignored my pleas for assistance, adding insult to injury. It's evident that neither Ashleigh Mitchell nor Coldwell Banker Realty are willing to take responsibility for their actions, let alone admit their fault. To those considering Ashleigh Mitchell at Coldwell Banker Realty for their real estate needs, please be warned. Their inability to fulfill their responsibilities, coupled with their shocking disregard for accountability, has left me deeply disillusioned. I share my experience in the hopes that others won't have to endure the same frustration, disappointment, and financial loss that I have."
