"Signing in at the front desk was cold, and confusion. The woman at the front desk was very rude. When I was called into the examining room, the nurse was uninterested, and cold. I waited in the examining room for at least a half an hour until this doctor came. She didn’t even introduce herself to me as I am a new patient. she seem to be in a rush and really wasn’t interested in helping me figure out my problem. I will not be returning to her or to her office. I do not recommend them."

"This doctor has the empathy and compassion of a pen cap. She’s very rude and blunt when dealing with patients, making them feel bad for things that are out of their control. She also ignores patient questions, and instead goes for low hanging fruit to so she doesn’t have to answer the questions. Also schedules patients for frequent appointments for no reason, but then barely spends time or effort with you. The nurse even told me that she schedules patients for too frequent recurring visits. Must be nice for the insurance companies, hopefully the buy Dr Mammen a nice yacht."

"Hard to get a hold of, office never answers phone. Nurse is not very nice and confusing medical advice is given. Doctor wants to constantly see in office but then barely makes any eye contact or any physical exam. Then she’s in and out of room."
