He was knowledgeable about the products and explained things well. We completed the needed paperwork and he reviewed it with us. The store is spacious and very clean. Sales reps introduce themselves and ask what you are looking for but do not pressure you or follow you around as you shop. My sister and her friends all have furniture from Bob’s in the Catskills in New York. They highly recommended Bob’s to us. I am more than satisfied with our experience."
