"Gabe was beyond AWESOME! Called to check if a couch was in stock,he was kind enough to reserve the item for me. Upon arriving to the store,he immediately greeted me and proceeded to discuss new furniture items with me answering any questions I may have. He explained the warranty with me in detail which was very helpful. He cashed me out at the register & brought the (heavy)item out to the door for loading. Overall GREAT experience, would definitely be returning &recommend."

"This was the first time I visited a big lot. It was a nice store with a good variety of products. Liked their rugs at economical prices. The kitchen stuff was in good variety. The prices were good too. Large store with clean space. Right besides Dollar Tree and Aldi. I am taking one star off because most of the items were missing price tags. It's not convenient to call somebody to ask for too many prices."

"Come here if you want to be treated rudely by Frank the manager and purchase items that are directly beneath a sale sign only to get to the counter and find out the sign refers to items in a different area of the store. None of these items were on clearance… false advertisement and poor service at its finest."
