"Accessibility note: fitting room doors (at least in the women’s apparel area, but I’m guessing elsewhere too) are too narrow for wheelchairs to get through. Elevator is fine, most but not all spaces between displays etc. are fine, but when you go to try on your clothes, you’re gonna need someone to guard the whole fitting room area for you while you do it or you’re gonna need to be an ambulatory wheelchair user and just hope no one messes with your chair while you’re in the dressing rooms. A huge chain like this could address this."

"Please be careful what you buy when it comes to jewelry. I got a sterling ring i paid over $20 for and it ended up not being sterling. I knew bc it started turning orange and causing irritation because I'm allergic to fake fakes. False advertising"

"I arrived before 9pm to pick up an online order... doors were locked before 8:53pm 2 customers earned out before I can get to the door... I knock and finally 2 more customers walk out with an associate telling them to tell me? That they are closed. I walked in and the associate places her hands on my arm physically stopping me from entering. I calmly asked, please don't touch me. I'm only here for an online pock up and she steps aside and tells me where the counter is. I even walked out with my items before other customers who were still inside. I've never had a store associate place their hands on me and thought the situation would escalate further. To say that I never wish to come to this store again is an understatement. This was at the store entrance by Mitchell Rd"
