"I would not recommend. They call days before the bill is due. They they call when the store is closed. They text you outside of business hours. They make changes to your account WITHOUT permission. The sales manager (Nilda) won't let you speak to the store manager (Michael) if you get her on the phone. They only got 2 stars because they used to give really good service."

Tried to forcefully make me place an order by threatening to cancel the RAC APPLICATION because I didn’t respond to her 3rd text in the same day. When I applied for the application literally this morning as an Inquiry . I will be reporting this experience to corporate due to her canceling applications because people may not respond to her personally!!"

"Really bad customer service , walked in there after manager Michael promised to deliver merchandise yesturday he had me go pick it up myself and told me he wasn’t helping me load it cause I have friends . While he had three other friends chilling in store one laying on a bed other two on the sofas . They need better management . Sad to see Rochester ain’t going anywhere and it’s worst for me to have such experience when am here traveling from out of town ."
