"Me and my partner usually buy from here sometimes, solid prices and staff but today we bought some carts and one of them was defective. I attempted to call with no response. I even tried to use their curbside line to see anyone would pick up there (or at least redirect me to someone who can help) and was hung up on multiple times. I totally understand manufacture defects happen, but if we lived further it would be a bummer to have to drive back without knowing if they’ll take it or not. Just food for thought."

"Had a mix up here once and had a frustrating experience with a specific employee which is the only reason I gave it four stars instead of five. Great service from Whitney, who helped me today and has helped me several times has always been and continues to be extremely kind and helpful as does the majority of the staff I've dealt with. Selection is good. Deals are good. Sometimes the wait time can be a little long but they do their best to keep things moving as quickly as possible in my experience. Definitely would recommend especially if you are local"
