CVS Pharmacy 2509-2523 Pennsylvania Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21217

"Since Dr. Steve ( The pharmacist) retired. The pharmacy has slowly taken a turn for the worst. No consistency with pharmacy techs. Their assigned parking area is consumed by other side business owners. That have parked THEIR vehicles alongside the wall. Leaving minimal room for those that utilize the CVS store and pharmacy. There are 6 techs working on medicines while ONE is trying to get the 20 people in line out of the store. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!"

The service at the pharmacy was terrible the wait was 1/2 hours the help one persons the person at the pharmacy had no idea how to work the cash register. nobody was pleasant. CLEAN THE STORE INSIDE AND OUT."

"I dread coming to this pharmacy! The atmosphere is one where you can only conclude that being sent to work this location is a punishment for the pharmaceutical workers. “Over worked and under paid” is the air you receive when greeted. The care and concern one would like from a pharmacist is not what I receive nor do I see it given as I wait , always a wait , in line. Customers often leave angry mad and frustrated after communicating with staff. Numerous occasions I’ve seen ppl leave items behind and had to double back to get them because they have been disrespected by or frustrated by staff. This location is a last resort for medical needs."
