"Edit: one of my concerns was that the ozone cleaning was added besides the item "carpet cleaning fee" on the deposit deductions. Pretty good service while you are their tenant, but I got a little bit dissatisfied when part of ozone cleaning was billed on me from my deposit. This should be paid by with the management's own budget instead of the previous tenants' wallet."

"I had the worst experience ever! I am filing a formal complaint with the City of Pittsburgh. Before signing, the staff were pleasant, but they failed to disclose numerous hidden fees in the contract. After moving in, within 1 to 2 months, we were hit with many unexpected charges. The apartment staff, especially Kahla, had a very bad attitude and provided poor service. The apartment is extremely old and has many issues; we have to call maintenance every few months for different problems. Despite this, they charged us for old stains and damages when moved out, even though the apartment was already in a deteriorated state. It's as if they think this is our first time living in an apartment in Pittsburgh! This property management is simply a scam! Easy to make money from tenants!"
