The Preserve at Heinz

"- This is NOT a secure building. - Packages being stolen from package room. - Bikes stolen from “secure” bike storage room. - They started renting apartments as Airbnbs. Random strangers with suitcases in and out of the building. - Roof leaks, broke AC/HVAC constantly. - They are on their 3rd management company. They claim there is a secure bike storage room. You need a key fob to enter. Our two mountain bikes were in that locked room with a lock around it and someone cut the lock and stole both bikes. $5000 worth. They also started renting out random Airbnb apartments without getting any consent from the current residents or even notifying them. There have been people in this building who haven’t had heat or AC for years. TRASH. Save yourself the headache. Don’t rent here."

"the new management is fantastic. since miami, jared, and Dom took over, everything couldn’t be better. maintenance is quick and front office actually answers the phone. resident events with giveaways happen regularly and everything is clean. only been here a month but i am loving this way more than my last apartment (which i also loved and lived there for 3 years)"
