"I was curious about the Pair Eyewear so I walked in just to check them out...I asked the receptionist how soon of an appointment I could schedule and was informed by a technician that if I had a prescription I could be taken care of that day. It was like music to my ears. The process was quick and efficient. Customer service was great. America's Best still believes in customer service. Very grateful for the service and keep up the mission. Glasses in 7-10 days...can't wait!!!"

"Very unprofessional doctor acted like I was wasting his time for getting an eye exam Didn’t even check my eyes thoroughly just hurried as quickly as he could. I didn’t even sit in the eye exam room for no more than 2 minutes (and I have bad eyes) I will never be returning to this place"

"I wish I could rate this place a zero star rating. This place is a joke. I had an exam 6/29/24 by an older guy. This man did not assess each eye individually. He only did both eyes together and I only read 2 lines. My exam was legit only 5 mins. The Optometrist was rude, he did not listen to my concerns, instead he dismissed them. He did not do the exam correct at all. I was an optometrist technician for years so I know how the exam should be done! Do not go here. I’m concerned my RX will be wrong at this point. Even the lady who takes your insurance and tells you to pick glasses out was even rude and not helpful. The only person in this whole establishment that made me feel like a paying customer was the lady at the front desk that greeted me. She came over to help me desire on a pair of glasses and asked was I okay, because I think she was able to see I was upset. Someone please actually look into this place and correct this Establishments behavior."

"One star because zero isn’t an option. Do not trust your eyes to this location. Received quickest exam I've ever had. Incorrect Rx and even worse after I went back for a follow up. Had to go to another location and see a different Dr. to get corrected Rx. To make matters worse my insurance was billed incorrectly forcing me to use my benefits for contacts rather than glasses as I always do. My insurance company called as did the location I ended up at and they were unwilling to help in any way, it honestly felt spiteful."
