"Never worked with a company that promised so much and then whined about providing it. Complained constantly about workers quitting. Whined about maintaining the plantings they planted that died. Whined about maintaining the landscape lights they put in that burned out. Took months to get them to replace anything that they planted, installed, and guaranteed. Making money never crossed their mind, but instead just complaints about me needing them to support the landscape they put in. It was a few years of hell dealing with them. Finally they got fed up with me wanting things done, and they just quit our service. Worst experience with a business I have ever had, let alone a landscaper. Pure misery."
