"Really easy to reserve boat online. Everything ready to go when I arrived and boat was in good condition. Super friendly staff. I reserved one of their bass boats and the only reason this wasn't a 5 star experience was the boat did not have a trolling motor and a had 9.9 outboard instead of the 20 hp which were both advertised. Still fun to get out and fish but really the reason for renting was the trolling motor and ability to cover more water"

"The lake is great. Tough to fish in August. Rental experience was just ok. Staff is friendly and accommodating. We arrived early so they allowed us to add extra time or adjust our reservation. The boat was a little disappointing. The description listed says it has a 20 HP motor. It does not, only a 9.9 and we had issues with it dying while running. Boat is also pictured with trolling motor but it doesn't have one. Size of the motor impacts how much of the lake you can reach in a single day because it was extremely slow. Still an enjoyable experience but would have preferred the bigger motor as described on the website."

"I would suggest steering clear of this business. We rented boat #13 and the boat broke down on the lake. After calling over 15 times before someone answered the phone the guy on the phone was rude and condescending. He told us “it sounds like you hit something and stripped the gears.” Meanwhile we were in the middle of the lake far from any coastline or anything like that. He then proceeded to tell us “I don’t know what you want me to do, I’m here by myself. The owner is out helping another boat that broke down. Let me call him” And the proceeded to hang up on me. The boat had no air horn, no whistle, and was in overall rough shape. Torn seats, moldy and mildewy carpet. We eventually flagged down another group of strangers who towed us back to the marina. The owner however did seem like a reasonable guy and offered us a rental voucher and assured me we wouldn’t have any charges for damages because it was obviously not our fault. Who ever the guy at the front desk was though was rude, unhelpful, and basically ignorant. We had a baby and toddler on board and he essentially told us to sit there and figure it out. We understand things like this happen with anything mechanical but it didn’t seem rare here"
