"Incompetent scheduling team. I would have been a new patient and my first appointment had to get rescheduled which was fine. I waited for my reschedule that was already 2-3 months later. I called the day of to get confirmation and I was told apparently I received a call as well as a letter that Dr. Waltrip is out today (day of the appointment )and that the next opening is another 2 months out. I never received any communication regarding my appointment being impacted. I wish I didn’t bother with this practice and waste months!!!"
