"One of the area's great assets , The Montour Trail and the Arrowhead Trail wind seamlessly through the country side. Affording many beautiful views and a relatively flat landscape, it's relatively easy to log many miles. Partially paved and partially dirt the trail is solid and un rutted with several appropriately equipped rest stops with restrooms. Great for running and biking or just a long walk. Several tunnels as well!"
