"Absolute rudest customer service I've had in a while. Used to think this place was super cool with an awesome Ambiance and a nice bar. Unfortunately the rudeness of the staff will be the end of this business. You can't treat customers like they do and get away with it. This is the second time I've gone there as a walk-in to go bowling and there has been numerous lanes open. Then they rudely tell me that they are sold out for the night. I just don't understand how sold out for the night means having so many empty bowling lanes."

"You know I really enjoyed this place and originally gave it five stars. Super cool place to go if you've never been. But most recent experience has really left the sour taste in my mouth. I went in on a Monday evening, lots of lanes open 9:00. Went to the counter the woman rudely said what do you want? I said I would like to get a lane for my friend and I please. She then proceeds to tell me that she sold out for the evening while sitting on at minimum six or seven empty lanes. At least let me bowl until somebody shows up if they're reserved but it's 9:00 and there's that many empty lanes I think it's safe to share one. Very disappointing"
