"I recently had a disappointing experience at this Hertz rental location. One of the staff members, a tall black male with blue eyes, displayed extremely unprofessional behavior. He treated the customers with a lack of respect and civility, which was quite shocking. It’s baffling that Hertz would employ someone who conducts themselves in such a manner. This incident has certainly affected my perception of the company. I hope Hertz takes necessary steps to ensure their staff maintains a high standard of professionalism in the future."
"I really wish I could rate this place 0 stars. So I reserved a Tesla for Uber days ago and it was to be picked up in this very day (11/24/23) at 1pm. I arrived ant 12:40pm and seen that there were 2 sitting in the lot. But I was told there were none. When I mentioned the 2 on the lot I was told that they both needed tire rotations. Which has me wondering why it was never done so it could be ready for pick up. I asked when will they be ready today for him to tell me they close at 1pm… WHICH IS THE TIME OF MY APPOINTMENT! I tried calling corporate, then left a complaint on the website. After reading other people’s experiences with this place it baffles me that Uber still have business with them when they clearly rips off their drivers. They could have called me ahead of time to give me this info or AT THE LEAST schedule another pick up time after this “Tire rotation” is done. But he gave a nonchalant “Ok” as if there were no consequences for this. And since this isn’t the first time they did this….. I somehow think he’s right. This place is a scam and very unprofessional"
"This corporation frauds. They have investigations and lawsuits against them. They advertise gas powered vehicles, but, when you arrive, they only have electric. While I rented, I saw at least 30 people encountering this. The electric fueling stations are sparse and far apart. They offer almost nil information to the new to electric drivers. I was told to just go find a station because it’s on empty. You can figure it out as you charge it. Charging it takes at least an hour and 20-50$ USD. If driven for 3 hours, look for a station. The fuel remaining is inconsistent due to bad upkeep of the new vehicles. You have to bottom out a new vehicle to start just like with electric just about anything. The company is so disorganized that they take money out of your bank late. They draft on your account and, then, deny receiving it and say it’s probably in pending status for weeks. They send extension texts and texts regarding returns of vehicles and, then, inform you to disregard them after you arrive in person to settle the dispute, wasting hours upon hours. I rented from them while down and stranded as a USA Green Beret. What an embarrassment and waste. Gen Dr Melissa"
"Worst place. No one is there. Uber ask the drivers to go there and none is there on the desk to help. Most of the the time they don't even have the car which is reserved."
