"The bathroom is absolutely disgusting. Pubic hair all over. So much urine all over the floor. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned since I came in for a tour yesterday. If I knew this is how it looks at 1030pm I wouldn't have gotten a membership. I couldn't even sit on any of the only 3 toilets. Do better!"

"They have horrible customer service, not to mention the fact that now they even get annoyed when you ask them for help because everything is in the app and they want their time to be in their chat and on their phone. When it comes to a complaint, they only give bad answers knowing that they are the ones offering bad service. I don't know why they apply for a job in which they cannot provide good service."

"The blonde girl with braids in her hair wearing glasses is extremely rude. I went to purchase a protein shake, and I had to run to my car to grab another card and when I came back in and set it on the counter, which the card is made out of metal, it ended up sliding very easily on the counter top almost all the way to her. As someone who has worked in customer service for 10+ years I would never in a million years intentionally throw a credit card at someone working. So She ended up rolling her eyes in disgust as if I was inconveniencing her. I called her out on it, and she claimed that “I threw my credit card at her”. Which if you go and watch security footage you will very easily and clearly see that she is lying. After I called her out on her rudeness she proceeded to be rude and offer no apology for her poor attitude. I understand people having bad days, but I do not appreciate coming to the gym with the motto of the “no judgement zone” and who should be putting out only positivity. I haven’t been to this gym in months, and I clearly remember this same woman having the same bad attitude every time I had to speak with her before. The rest of the staff there are seriously some of the nicest people I’ve interacted with there. So I’m not entirely sure what she’s so salty about.."

"My favorite location to be regularly attending by far! Not once have I come in without being welcomed by staff, or left without being told to have a great night even when they are working on other tasks. Everything is kept clean and well stocked, and everyone is very happy to help with any questions. Matt, Issac, Jacob, Abby, Hailey, and the rest of the team make coming to the gym a better experience!"
