"Gary is fantastic! I called on a Thursday morning to see if he could repair a brand new pair of Keens that needed a slight adjustment in the strap. He said he would feel more comfortable to see them, as opposed to telling me yes over the phone. So. I stopped in a few hours later and after a short discussion and agreeing upon the repair price, I left my shoes with Gary. I happened to be passing by his shop on my way home just over an hour later and lo and behold I walked in and Gary had my shoes done with a perfect solution to my problem!! I cannot say enough good things about his promptness, his honesty and his straight up candid humor! I highly recommend him for your shoe and or bag repairs. He has all the things you might need when trying to repair or fix a problem with these items!! Thank you Gary! I will definitely use his services again and recommend him to my friends and family!"
