"After a long week of working, I was hoping to enjoy a day in the pool with my friends, worry-free. We were looking forward to SPECIFICALLY relax at this wave pool, as it has been a pleasurable experience in the past. However, as soon as we entered, we were stopped and told that youth under 18 are not permitted in the park without an adult over 21. Although understandable in certain conditions, this rule has not been enforced in previous visits I have had to this pool in the PAST WEEKS. Not summers, weeks. They have not enforced this rule since recently, and honestly, I think it's unfair to begin enforcing the rule without alerting frequent customers or taking appropriate action. Nonetheless, we were willing to leave, but the nice employee handling register asked the manager if we were allowed in, since both of my friends are 18 and I'm 17. The manager RUDELY voiced that you are not allowed to enter the premises without an adult over 21 if under 18, and if we did not like it we can voice it to a manager. This made us so uncomfortable, and therefore forced us to leave the pool and drive another 15 minutes to another pool. Such a terrible experience and I would not recommend going here. It really does make me sad for the business, as they will be losing half of their clientele because of this enforcement."
