"I Became part of Munot family almost six months ago after being in corporate controlled companies for 20+ years. It's been a very pleasant experience so far, one of my best employers to date. I'm not sure what the poor reviews were referring to, maybe their own work ethic issues? I find it refreshing to work for a company that I can actually do things myself with minimal restriction and help others around me. Working side by side with the owners shows me that they care on a more personal level and will do what it takes to succeed. Great people to work with/for. They are Straight forward and seem to treat employees fairly! Its nice to see smaller , family oriented company still going strong and not caught up in the "we have to work seven days a week" mindset."
"Management is toxic. Berates and yells at employees and insults and gossips about employees to other employees. Management does not understand job functions or the value of critical people in their company. Mangement overburdens shop and when shop cannot deliver does not constructivly support shop but instead takes a "crack the whip" approach. EPMs and teams will be set up for faillure from beginning. General Manager is the worst manager I have ever worked for."
